Feeling good (Cleaned up/News on story)

Meh. After half a day with this post sitting in my mind I cleaned it up to just the important stuff so that no one misses the "surprise". As always thanks for reading and have a good night.

This is it. Its missing one segment and possibly an epilogue but this is a screenshot of the up to date print I've been working on. Seventy-three pages thus far (red is excess, 114 pages total) and while some pages are thin, others haven't been fluffed/edited/fixed. Just for point of reference, on the blog I only have about thirty something pages.

So I guess the short story (no puns intended) is coming very soon. I still don't want to put a ribbon on it but surely I'd say without a doubt something by or in June wouldn't be too far a lie. Even possibly sooner. And remember, when it does start up again; NO MORE LONG BREAKS! Everyday I will post a segment until it is finished and when I am done I will release a Kindle edition on Amazon assuming they don't reject it for being bad (and even though the blog format has made it choppy and somewhat oddly formatted).

Some random commentary as promised after the break. Nothing spectacular.




On to other news:

Meddenhall (Pit Steeler running back) recently used the greatest form of communication (the internet NOT twitter) to insinuate something that seemed fairly obvious but I will still take a swing at. And that is the US school system has flat out failed the Student Athlete. If for some reason you haven't read his non sense;

"We'll never know what really happened. I just have a hard time believing a plane could take a skyscraper down demolition style,"

Congratulations my friend, you now rank on the same level of *stupid as my brain dead cat. Look I love this country's founding principles but you don't have to use them every damn day to reiterate how silly and dumb you can be at times. You as a face of a franchise (not the face however) can bring joy, incite rage and stimulate your large following. Why you chose to go down this road I will never know. Here is the rest:

"I believe in God. I believe we're ALL his children. And I believe HE is the ONE and ONLY judge."
"Those who judge others, will also be judged themselves."
"For those of you who said you want to see Bin Laden burn ... I ask how would God feel about your heart?"
"There is not an ignorant bone in my body. I just encourage you to think."

And the most important:

"What kind of person celebrates death? It's amazing how people can HATE a man they have never even heard speak. We've only heard one side..."

See right there. Just stop after celebrate death. Done and done. But then you continued and look the worse. It is a sad thought. Bin Laden caused the death of thousands. And that is just in America. He wanted to kill more then a million before the end. He wanted to cause as much harm through the use of any nuclear or dirty bomb he could acquire. And yet you regardless of the people affected and the conspiracy entrapped, would even suggest that even if he didn't cause those specific events he deserved better? Let's call a spade a spade Meddenhall. Osama was a terrorist and that word is not just used as a commonplace adjective. The definition:

a person who terrorizes  or frightens others.

And terrorism:

the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

And without blinking I make a random comment. I feel bad for Vancouver. First the Blackhawks give them a hassle and now Nashville has been ruffling some feathers. Sure the Canucks have two wins to one but the Predators are a nice little thorn in their side. Simply amazing if Vancouver can go all the way this year considering these series.

Then I blink and forget the rest so have fun and thanks for reading. Look forward to updating everyone soon on the story!

(Minor subplot. I don't dislike Meddenhall and quite honestly I feel bad about calling him stupid. I can actually respect his voice and beliefs but stay your thoughts when they either involve something beyond your understanding or are simply misguided. Unless reaction was by intent then just stuff a cork it in cause that's %#&^ing bush league considering the topic.)


(Another minor subplot. I feel stupid that I wrote all that up about him. It was a waste of time and just a rant. I apologize for that. Also I dislike falling into being the sheep of the day. I don't typically follow such melodramatic bullshit especially when it revolves around such little topic. Again sorry for that.)


(One final subplot. I hate that I made this update so long and continue to do so. Now I'm just trying to be ironic. I'll stop.)
